Yesterday at 1pm we received reports that customers were receiving unexpected error messages when using our system. This was due to a configuration problem with the new system that was deployed during a recent update.The issue was quickly identified and resolved within minutes by our technical team, with no significant impact on users. We have already taken steps to prevent this from happening again, including additional checks and reviews in our process. Thank you for your patience.
