Servosity experienced a major incident on September 15, 2024, lasting 10h 45m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

Our SMTP provider had an issue from 7pm 9/15 - 6am 9/16 where it rejected all email because of an SSL certificate issue. The rejected messages will not be delivered. This means that our CheckCentral reporting will show that no messages were received last night and all checks will be overdue. The actual backups were not affected, and backup status information on the Servosity control panel is correct. This issue has been resolved and current emails are being delivered successfully.
