We have identified an issue with the SIP trunks on the telephone system. Currently this is affecting the ability to make and receive calls. We will update shortly with the progress of the incident.

Update 11:37 - After the initial investigation we aren’t seeing calls terminate into our network from our upstream numbering partner. We are working with them to resolve the issue and will update again shortly.
