On 10/27/2020 there was a partial outage related to Dropzone Connector notifications between 11:20AM - 3:00PM EST due. As a result, some customers may not have been notified of new Dropzone uploads during this time window. In most cases, uploaded files should still be accessible via the History > Received Items page by Dropzone Recipients when logged into SendSafely using a trusted browser.
