    We are currently investigating an issue related to the SendSafely file upload widget embedded in the Zendesk Help Center "Submit a Request" form causing this page not to load. Updates will be posted to this page.

    We are continuing to investigate this issue. As a temporary update we have disabled the SendSafely Zendesk attachment widget so that ticket submissions can be made. Any ticket attachments will be submitted using standard Zendesk attachment functionality.
