We are currently experiencing issues with our FRA1 Intelligence Center API due to high error rates. This was caused by high memory usage in our database, which is presently affecting some endpoints related to the CTI. Our team is actively investigating and working towards a resolution. During this period, customers may encounter errors on their dashboards. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience caused. The issue with our FRA1 Intelligence Center API has been resolved. The high error rates were due to high memory usage in our database, affecting some endpoints related to the CTI. Our team has been able to stabilize the system by making configuration changes to limit the memory usage during synchronization processes. We have confirmed the Intelligence Center is now accessible without any errors. We thank you for your patience and apologize for any inconvenience caused during this incident.
