    We are currently experiencing issues resolving some images in our Seesaw app. We suspect this might be resulting from stability issues with our underlying cloud service provider (AWS), but continuing to investigate the root cause.

For students who continue to see a "No Internet Connection" error, they will need to force quit the app and reopen it, or refresh their browser page to continue working. Autosave will attempt to recover their work from before the upload issue began after they relaunch the app or refresh the page.

    We’ve identified an increase in crashes when opening the app from a push notification on iOS version 10.89. Entering the app from the Home Screen works normally. Our team is actively investigating and working on a fix.

    A fix has been identified, and a new version of the app has been submitted to the iOS App Store for review.
