Incident Summary Between 8 December 2025 and 3 February 2026, some webhook events were not delivered by the SEEK API. Specifically, PositionProfilePosted events were intermittently dropped during this period. Impact - Some position profiles may not have appeared in your ATS during this time frame - Applications associated with those position profiles may also not have been reflected in your ATS Resolution All missing events have now been replayed.

An internal networking change caused a complete SEEK API outage from 7:00pm to 8:36pm GMT\+11. All inbound requests to `graphql.seek.com` timed out and no outbound webhook events were delivered during this period. Candidates could not link out from a SEEK job ad to an external apply form during this time. Requests to the domains `auth.seek.com` and `integration.seek.com` were unaffected. SEEK will resend the wehbhook events that were missed during the period of 6:30pm to 9:36pm GMT\+11, see [https://developer.seek.com/events/webhooks#duplicates](https://developer.seek.com/events/webhooks#duplicates) for more information. This will commence from 12/02/2026 3:45pm GMT\+11.
SEEK API is experiencing elevated errors starting from 2:52pm GTM+11. We are currently investigating the issue.
We have identified the issue as an internal network configuration change that affected traffic between 2:52pm and 2:54pm (GMT+11). All impacted services have been restored.
SEEK web components experienced elevated errors between 9:56 AM and 3:52 PM GMT+10. This may have affected the Ad Performance Panel, Ad Selection Panel, and Questionnaire Panel.
