  4. postmortem Jan 12, 2026, 12:14 AM UTC

An internal networking change caused a complete SEEK API outage from 7:00pm to 8:36pm GMT\+11. All inbound requests to `graphql.seek.com` timed out and no outbound webhook events were delivered during this period. Candidates could not link out from a SEEK job ad to an external apply form during this time. Requests to the domains `auth.seek.com` and `integration.seek.com` were unaffected. SEEK will resend the wehbhook events that were missed during the period of 6:30pm to 9:36pm GMT\+11, see [https://developer.seek.com/events/webhooks#duplicates](https://developer.seek.com/events/webhooks#duplicates) for more information. This will commence from 12/02/2026 3:45pm GMT\+11.
