    The team has identified that the Backup Failure Email Notifications are not being sent to the customers. Our team is getting notified internally of the failed backups on Premium Deployments (Gold, Platinum, and above). For the ones that are failing, the team is taking appropriate actions to resolve the backup failures. The engineering team is working to restore the Email Notifications.
