    On May 20, 2021 starting at 7:30pm PT, SearchStax Dashboard experienced an elevated error rate connecting to its Billing Service. because of this, many clients that tried to access the Billing Section of the Dashboard received an Error. We have resolved the issue with the connectivity and there should not be any further issues accessing the Billing & Payments section. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Best, SearchStax Team
