On January 30, 2025, from 7:30 AM to 11:02 AM (CT), students who had not yet completed their onboarding were unable to access the SchooLinks platform, encountering a white screen upon logging in. Previously onboarded students were not affected. The issue was traced to an implementation error in our logic for tracking student progress through the onboarding process. Once identified, the SchooLinks Engineering team quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem, restoring full platform functionality by 11:02 AM.
