The sana.ai domain was temporarily unavailable between 07:45 and 10:30 CEST. This incident was originally posted on https://status.sanalabs.com/ --- The issue affecting sana.ai domains has resolved now and services are recovering globally as DNS propagation completes. The incident was caused by a domain renewal issue. During this incident period, users may have experienced unexpected redirects to the domain registrars default parking page. If your organization uses internal DNS caching or corporate resolvers, flushing your caches can help speed up full recovery. Our investigation has concluded that there was no domain hijacking or indication of user data leakage related to this incident. We will continue monitoring closely and share a full post-mortem once the investigation is completed.
