We're aware of an issue impacting the Tableau Next Analytics Agent. Users leveraging the Tableau Next Data Source (TDS) feature may be unable to access the Analytics Agent through supported interfaces. We've implemented a mitigation that is expected to stabilize the affected service and are continuing to investigate remaining connectivity issues. We'll provide another update in 60 minutes, or sooner if additional information becomes available.

We've successfully implemented a mitigation to address the underlying service instability and have stabilized the affected infrastructure. However, users leveraging Tableau Next Data Source (TDS) workflows may continue to experience failures when accessing the Tableau Next Analytics Agent through supported interfaces. Our investigation has narrowed the issue to a connectivity failure affecting a dependent service required for TDS-related requests. We're actively working with the owning engineering teams to restore connectivity and fully resolve the impact We'll provide another update in 90 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
