We are aware of a major outage with one of our acquiring partners. This is effecting processing of VIsa & Mastercard transactions (American Express is not effected) Our partner is currently resolving the issue. We hope to have an update and resolution ASAP

Our external acquirer have confirmed that they are actively working to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible. We will follow up once further updates have been provided.

We are now seeing (some) authorizations succeeding again. Note that elevated errors for Visa & Mastercard are continuing to be observed.

We are currently seeing an improvement in success rates across all Visa & Mastercard transactions. We are still awaiting confirmation of resolution and an ETA from our external acquirer, though will provide further updates once this has been received.
