On April 8, 2026, between 4:29 PM and 6:30 PM CST (~2 hours), the RunBuggy platform experienced a partial service degradation affecting customer-facing order creation. During the incident window, queued integration pipelines and administrative order entry remained functional, allowing fleet and financial institution partners to continue submitting orders through automated and admin-assisted channels. However, direct self-service order placement was degraded. Affected customers experienced an inability or difficulty completing order submissions through standard customer-facing interfaces and search results were incomplete. The incident was characterized as: Partial — back-end integrations and admin tooling operational; front-end/self-service order submission impaired. Duration: ~2 hours (4:29 PM – 6:30 PM CST) System recovery was confirmed by 6:30 PM CST. Orders queued at the integration layer were processed upon recovery.
