We want to inform our customers that Microsoft Azure performed a maintenance activity earlier today that impacted RoomKeyPMS authentication services. As a result, some customers may have experienced connectivity issues with EDH interface connections and the RoomKeyPMS Housekeeping Web module between 5:33 AM and 7:07 AM PST. We are now seeing stability in connectivity across impacted services. Our Development team continues to monitor the situation closely to ensure performance remains stable. We appreciate your patience, and we will provide further updates if necessary.

We experienced an outage that affected RoomkeyIntegrationAPI, the service that enables certain web solutions, including the Housekeeping Scheduler, PM&M, and EDH to access our production databases. The issue has been resolved, and everything should be normal now. All impacted services are functioning as expected. Our team is still investigating the underlying causes of the failure, and we will provide further updates if needed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
