This issue is causing intermittent connectivity to RFax portals, difficulties in sending faxes to and from email, and disruptions in RFax ATA connectivity. Please note that we have engaged the respective partner and are currently awaiting updates. Rival5 has verified portal access restoration and Fax ATA connectivity. Our faxing partner has reported that inbound faxes are processing, but due to a build-up of queued messages, there may be a delay in delivery. We appreciate your extreme patience as faxes are processed and work is completed to clear this backlog. The faxing partner reports their incident as resolved.
