    Approximately half of our production sites for PersonaPay are failing to load. Users are unable to login in these instances. The team is working on the issue and expects it to resolve soon.

    The problem has been narrowed to 18 customer portals. Consumers are unable to login, but CSR logins are successful. We expect resolution soon.
