This morning, 10/12, we experienced complications while performing routine maintenance to the Maestro environment. The FTP site was unavailable from 1:00am - 3:00am CST and any files attempting transfer to the site during this timeframe would have failed. myEasyView and mySecureBill were also intermittently unavailable during the same time. Consumer and customer service payments may have been impacted; however, historically, we see fewer than 40 consumer payments during this time of night. We apologize for this issue! Please look for any failed file transfers that may have occurred. The FTP site and myEasyView and mySecureBill are fully operational and we expect no further issues this weekend.
