File Management tab in PersonaPay and eVokePay temporarily unavailable
RevSpring experienced a minor incident on April 7, 2025 affecting PersonaPay and eVokePay, lasting 22h 45m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We have identified an issue impacting the file management tab in PersonaPay and eVokePay. This only impacts customer support staff and is not patient or consumer facing. Currently, no reports can be ran from the user interface, however RevSpring employees can access all reports. Until resolved, if a customer needs a report exported, RevSpring staff will facilitate. A fix is not yet scheduled. Contact a support team member for assistance or create a ticket at https://revspringinc.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/3.
