Update timeline

  1. identified Nov 20, 2024, 09:51 PM UTC

We have received news that Canadian postal workers are on strike. It is our understanding that mail is being held at delivery centers and it is unknown when the strike will be resolved. It is our recommendation that any of our customers who mail to Canada hold those mailings until the strike resolves.

  2. identified Dec 03, 2024, 09:34 PM UTC

The Canadian postal strike continues and the USPS is no longer accepting mail destined for Canada. Any Canadian mail RevSpring receives will be processed normally, but will be held out our international mail processing vendor operated by Pitney Bowes. If possible, we recommend you do not send mail intended for Canada during this time.

  3. resolved Dec 28, 2024, 01:42 PM UTC

The Canadian postal strike has ended and mail services have resumed.
