Some patient payments are failing due to an upstream issue at Worldpay. Worldpay is a payment processing company and provides payment and technology services to merchants and financial institutions globally. The issue was reported as early as 8:50am CT, and is improving. Many customers are now able to make successful payments, as of 11:28am CT. We will continue to monitor the issue.
