    We have identified and are working on resolving an issue with our service at the moment. Activities sent via mobile apps are not appearing in the feed at the moment. The data are not lost, and they will be synchronized once we resolve the issue. Mobile users should not delete or reinstall the mobile app to prevent data loss.

    We have identified and are working on resolving an issue with our authorization service. Our apologies for the disruption. At this time, we are unable to log you into the Repsly mobile application. We are working hard to solve this problem as soon as possible. Please check back later or reach out to [email protected] and we will provide you an e-mail update when this issue is resolved.

    A fix has been implemented, and we are monitoring the results. Users with unsent activities should avoid logging out or deleting the app. If, for any reason, the user logs out of the app, on login, users will get an error message. To bypass that error message, remove the app from your recent apps list and reopen it.

    The issue has been resolved, and the system is now operating normally. A fix was previously implemented and has shown stable results during our monitoring phase. At this moment, there is no issue with logging into the Repsly mobile application. We are continuing to monitor.

    We are currently experiencing an issue where activities sent by Representatives are not displaying in the feed. Our team is actively working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience.

    We are actively working with our cloud service provider to resolve the issue. All Representatives are safe and currently working in offline mode. Please note that their activities are not syncing at the moment, but will be synchronized automatically once the issue is resolved. IMPORTANT: Representatives should not delete the mobile application, as this may result in data loss.
