    Reinvent Reseller Partner, Please be advised that we have identified an issue with our ServiceNow cloud instance, which serves trouble ticketing/Incident management. ServiceNow is spread across three cloud data centers and it appears that users in the Western region are experiencing issues accessing the ServiceNow portal. A load balancing issue is suspected and we are working with ServiceNow to resolve. Updates to follow.
