Issue has been identified that MiaRec is lagging its display of recordings on the customer dashboard. We are currently working with Miarec to fix this issue. All recordings are completing. Issue is only lag with call recordings appearing.

Miarec has successfully completed maintenance on the system, and we will continue to monitor for any database lag.

After maintenance and monitoring of the Miarec service we are no longer seeing any lag of call recordings at this time. No other reports of issues. Thank you for your patience.
