We have identified a sporadic issue where inbound SMS may not be received by a Max UC User. Issue has been localized at this time and we are working with Metaswitch for the fix. More updates will follow.

After working with Metaswitch this issues is resolved and SMS is completing on Max UC. We will continue to monitor the rest of the day.

No further issues reported with receiving SMS messages in MaX UC clients. There was a bug introduced in V9.6.50 that has led to one of the AMS database tables growing by a significant amount because it is incorrectly storing certain types of messages. Metaswitch has made a configuration adjustment to reslove the issue.
