We are currently investigating a problem with our EAS Servers. Users may experience an issue with Auto Attendants and ICM's (Incoming Call Manager) at this time. Updates will follow as more information is available.

At this time we are seeing the EAS recover and taking calls. You should at this time see your customers be able to have calls route through their ICM and Auto Attendants. We will continue to monitor and test. Thank you for the patience.
