We have identified the problem and a fix for our Teams Direct routing issue. Our engineers have determined that the Chicago SBC needs to be reset to correct the problem. While there is only a remote chance that this reset will impact our overall system availability, we have chosen to wait until this evening to perform this action out of an abundance of caution. We acknowledge the impacts of this decision for those that are affected and regret that this course is necessary. We will assist you to call forward TN’s or other re-routing of telephone numbers as needed.

We have successfully implemented the fix in the Chicago Perimenta and Teams calls are completing successfully now. We will continue to monitor.
