    We have Identified an issue with one of our carriers that some customers may experience an issue with DTMF and Audio. We are currently working the issue along with our carrier at this time. We will provide more information as it becomes available.

    We still continue to work on this sporadic issue with our carrier. We will continue our efforts in resolving this issue.

    We have been able to work with our carrier and a change has been made on their side. We will monitor at this time. Please contact us if your customer is still experiencing an issue.

    At this time all traffic show no anomalies since our carrier has assisted us with a config change to Reinvent. No issues have been reported at this time. We are placing this incident as resolved.
