    We are currently experiencing an impairment on Intermedia Cloud Contact Center services. Intermedia has already identified it to a data center on their network.     Per Intermedia on latest update: Our Network Engineering team identified an issue within our VA datacenter impacting customers' ability to maintain connections.

    Intermedia has reported that a fix has been applied and they are monitoring at this time. Calls are completing successfully. Some agents may need to log out and back into their CCA Client to reestablish connection.

    The Intermedia Network Engineering team had identified an issue within their VA datacenter impacting user connectivity. Intermedia System Administration and Network Engineering teams were able to resolve the issue. All services have been restored. No further issues have been reported at this time. This is now resolved.
