We are currently experiencing an issue with calls terminating to agents via Intermedia. The Intermedia operations team is currently investigating. This is impacting our Virginia datacenter only. More updates will follow as they become available.

Per intermedia their system administrators are aware of the issue and are working to restore service as soon as possible.

Per Intermedia their System administrators identified more than double the usual load on the Automatic Call Distribution servers. The team was able to increase capacity, this mitigated the issue for customers. . We will continue to monitor and if anymore issues occur please open a ticket with us. Thank you for your patience.
