We are currently working an issue at this time that some users will experience a problem with presence and chat via MaxUC. We have engaged Metaswitch and working towards a resolution. More updates will follow as they become available.

We will be rebooting the AMS server after hours from the recommendation of Metaswitch to help stabilize the presence/chat issue in Max UC. After the reboot we will advise on the stability.

The reboot was successful and services were restored to their full capacity, we will continue to monitor.
