We are currently investigating an issue with connectivity to the ReInvent Network. This does appear to be an issue outside of the Reinvent Network at this time. We are gathering more data to be able to follow up with you. The issue appears to have recovered and all services restored. We are continuing to monitor.

A fiber cut outside of the ReInvent Network was identified that caused a minor issue with calls and connection. All systems are stable at this time as we continue to monitor.

This morning’s impairment was the result of a fiber cut between our facility and a Phoenix area data center. This fiber path has now been restored. The circuit was on a redundant ring and the failover was effective. Multiple IP upstreams were impacted as was the switch, however, the network impact was less than one minute. We recognize that end user devices and edge devices took longer to recover. We apologize for the difficulty this created for you and your customers. An immediate lesson learned is that we need to open our conference bridge regardless of the impairment duration. Doing so would have helped you with the device recovery and the communication to your customers. We will take this step moving forward.
