We are currently investigating an issue of outbound call degradation at the Chicago Data Center. A ticket has been opened with the MPLS Carrier as they continue to monitor for errors. A this time this is only with the Chicago SBC for some Max UC users.

We are continuing to work with the MPLS Provider in regards to a intermittent issue with Max UC outbound calls out of the Chicago data center. We will update as more information is available on the progress of this.

We have found a solution and are applying changes at this time to the Max UC Service. After change is applied an update will follow.
