Status: Investigating Redpanda is aware of and investigating a problem that may be impacting users of our cloud platform. Starting at 2125 UTC, our monitors detected that some users are unable to log into the cloud platform. We have investigated the problem and discovered a rate-limiting issue with an upstream provider. Engineers are actively investigating the issue to discover the source of the increased API traffic.
