Identified - Due to the AWS outage and subsequent sporadic issues - RecDesk Payments Director transactions via EMV are not capturing properly. We will continue to monitor this situation as we understand the priority and urgency, and update as soon as possible.

Resolved - Amazon Web Services (AWS) resolved a Global Incident which caused major impact to RecDesk Payments. The system is now operating as expected. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you on the Director side with your EMV readers. All EMV readers have been returned to their regular working status.
