    We are monitoring the effect of this incident and our services are not really affected. We do not see increased latency or higher than usual number of errors. We will continue to monitor the incident and follow up if we get any information from Twilio.

    The outage is global, based on the information we gathered from Cloudflare reports.

    After some promising metric changes we see the outage got every more widespread.

    The change Cloudflare released seems to resolve the problem, and our system is working as expected. In some rare cases you can see degraded performance, and we use Cloudflare as as CDN as well.
