Wir haben heute Morgen um 7:00 Uhr festgestellt, dass die Datenbank der Recare-Plattform nach einem routinemäßigen System-Upgrade nicht erreichbar ist und die Nutzung unserer Lösungen verhindert. Für die Sicherheit Ihrer Daten besteht dadurch keine Gefährdung. Wir haben umgehend die erforderlichen Schritte zur Wiederherstellung der Datenbank eingeleitet. Leider werden wir die Datenbank nur in einer früheren Version wiederherstellen können (von Mittwoch, 29. November 2023, 19:30 Uhr). Derzeit dauert die Wiederherstellung an. Wir arbeiten mit Hochdruck daran, die Plattform so schnell wie möglich wieder verfügbar zu machen. Today morning at 7:00 a.m we discovered, that the database of the Recare platform is corrupted after a routine system upgrade and prevents the use of our solutions. This does not pose any risk to the security of your data. We have immediately taken the necessary steps to restore the database. Unfortunately, we will only be able to restore the database to an earlier version (from Wednesday, November 29, 2023, 7.30 p.m.). The recovery is currently ongoing. We are working hard to make the platform available again as soon as possible.
