Our engineers Resolved an issue today between 1:05 and 1:23 and took immediate steps for remediation. During this window there was a degradation of Live Agent Voice, SMS Verification, Data Connect, IVR Verfication, and Monitoring Service .The incident has since been resolved, all systems are fully operational, and connection stability has been restored.
