We’re currently seeing intermittent connectivity issues affecting a small subset of our systems hosted in AWS’s us-east-1 region due to ongoing instability within AWS. As you likely already know, this is part of a major, ongoing AWS outage that's impacting many online services and providers globally. QuotaGuard is actively monitoring AWS's recovery efforts and working to restore full functionality as soon as possible. .

Impacted AWS load balancer(s) appears to be working reliably now, however too early to declare the issue resolved. Still monitoring, but trending in the right direction....

It appears to be stable now and, after about 4 hours of no issues, we'll close this as "resolved" and keep our eyes out for any additional issues as the day concludes. .
