Beginning approximately 4:00pm EDT, Engage Sites began experiencing higher than normal latency and connection issues for some sites. In some cases, requests for web content may time out. Questline Operations staff is currently investigating the issue and additional updates will follow.

The issue has been corrected and all systems are performing normally as of 4:10pm EDT.
