Dear Customers, We are currently investigating an issue on our RADIUS platform hosted in London affecting some customers in the UK/EU region. On initial investigations it appears we're seeing an outage at Google's London-based infrastructure and we've awaiting further details from their NOC team. We'll update this page as soon as possible. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience and are working hard to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

Whilst we await further news from our team at Google Cloud as to the issue/ETA, we've implemented a fix on our side that allow RADIUS authentication to occur as normal. If you are still having issues, please ensure that your AP/controller configuration is correctly pointed at our two RADIUS hostnames, not IP's - rad1-eu.venuewifi.net and rad2-eu.venuewifi.net respectively. If you require IP's, please use 35.246.108.84 and 34.147.144.132

Although we haven't had anything official from Google just yet, we are seeing services recovering automatically and we are continuing to monitor before we close this case. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
- resolved Oct 20, 2026, 01:25 PM UTC
Having monitored the recovery and following information from the Google team, who have confirmed that they had suffered a major power outage but this has now been mitigated, we are closing this case. We'll continue to monitor to ensure the issue does not reoccur. As ever we appreciate your understanding and apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused. N.B. If you have made any changes to the RADIUS IP's previously mentioned, ensure you set these back to 35.230.139.41 and 35.246.18.82.
