At 7:00pm EST, some customers located on US1 of the Prophix Cloud reported experiencing connectivity issues to their service preventing logins. This is issue may be tied to the general issues that have affected Amazon's US East region today.

Service disruption to some connections was due to an issue with Amazon US East region. They have restored all services and we have determined there are no further disruptions.
