Between 01:59 GMT to 02:55 GMT, some customer instances located in UK region of the Prophix Cloud experienced connectivity issues which prevented logins to Prophix. The issue was due to partial disruptions to networking services in the AWS London region. We investigated the incident and have restored all services.
