We are currently investigating an access issue to Prophix Cloud that is affecting a few customers in the US1 region.

The current issue is caused due to partial disruptions to networking services in the US East region. This has led to connectivity issues to Cloud MySQL Databases. We are continuing to work with AWS on mitigation activities.
