    We continue to monitor the outages at AWS affecting some of our services in the US region. Our engineering and cloud operations teams are continuing to active work with AWS to restore full service as quickly as possible. Please be assured this is our top priority, and all necessary resources are dedicated to minimizing any potential impact.

    AWS has implemented updates to address the underlying infrastructure issues, and we are seeing sustained improvement across Prophix Cloud Services in US regions. We continue to closely monitor all Prophix Cloud Services as the AWS service stabilizes. Some Data Integration Services jobs in US regions may continue to experience delays this evening as AWS clears residual backlogs in their event queues. Our teams are actively monitoring performance to ensure continued stability and will take any additional actions needed to maintain reliability.

    All services are now operating within normal parameters after our cloud provider AWS initiated further mitigations during the day. Our cloud operations teams are continuing to monitor the performance of Prophix Cloud Services in US regions to ensure continued stability and will take any additional actions needed to maintain reliability.
