A third party incident is causing statistics (opens, clicks, etc) from some Privy emails to be delayed. Emails are sending and being delivered as normal, only the statistics are affected.

We are continuing to experience delays to email statistics due to a third-party incident. We will provide our next update by 8:00PM EST.

Delays to email statistics are no longer impacting new email sends, although a subset of historical statistics remain impacted by the initial third-party incident. At this stage, pending further developments, we will shift attention to remediation work to rectify historical statistics. This incident will be closed if third-party systems remain stable for the next few hours.
