    For new Agent installations: - During the incident, new installations failed with the error "Error: 508747789874.dkr.ecr.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/preciselydata/agent-credentials-management-chart:2.0.2: not found". - The issue is now resolved. New Agent installations should succeed again. If you experienced an installation failure, run ./discli agent cleanup and re-run the installation command. For existing Agent installations: - Check your Agent status on the Configuration -> Agents page in the UI. Affected agents show a partial health status with the credentials-management service down. - For affected Agents, UI functionality that communicates with the Agent will not work until the issue is resolved. - To resolve the issue for affected Agents, run the command ./discli agent renewCerts on the Agent host, and allow up to 10 minutes for it to complete.
