    Due to an ongoing outage with our hosting provider AWS, Postscript services such as Campaigns, Automations, Messaging, and Analytics may be degraded or delayed. We continue to work towards full recovery of our application.

    We have temporarily paused all marketing SMS sending as we continue to work through the AWS outage related issues. Our Engineering team continues to monitor the situation as AWS systems come back online.

    Postscript is fully operational and successfully sending all message types. There were no delays to opt-ins or unsubscribes processing during the incident. Segmentation and analytics updates may still be delayed as AWS systems recover. Our team continues to monitor.
